3313930 - Tables stay in Scheduled status after a new SLT configuration is created

Symptom

  • Tables stay in Scheduled status after a new SLT configuration is created.
  • The connections to both source and target including the authorization test are working well. 
  • It shows 0 Running Transfer Jobs in LTRC > Administration Data tab.
  • The new Change mechanism is used. (See KBA 3095924 to check for this).

On source system:

  • In T-code DHCDCMON, the Observer Job status shows red.
  • Click the Dispatcher Job button from DHCDCMON, it cannot trigger any job in SM37, and the Observer Job status stays in red.
  • Run T code SJOBREPO can see the following jobs are with Not In Scope status.
    /LTB/JOB_DISPATCHER
    SAP_DHCDC_DISPATCHER
    SAP_DHCDC_HOUSEKEEPER
