Symptom
Certain users experiencing slow to load or no loading of the Fiori app while in onsite location for the Fiori Launchpad
The application does work correctly if used from home and VPN in to the network.
The application also works if you are onsite and start a web based VPN.
This can be consistently reproduced with certain users.
Network teams looked at the network and good not find an issue.
The F5 team look at the load balancer, nothing found.
Also checked many SAP logs for the ip address and user id and could not find any related error.
Also the Wireshark trace was checked.
