3314113 - Dump In Production Lot

 Dump while performing Adjustment Confirmation on Production Lot with serial numbers

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control work center. 
2. Navigate to the Production Orders view. 
3. Search for the relevant production order and choose the Edit button. 
4. Choose the View All button and navigate to the Document Flow tab.
5. Select the production lot, choose the View All button.
6. Choose the Adjustment Confirmation button and navigate to the Input Products Sub.
7. Select the relevant product choose the Enable Entry button.
8. Choose the Remove button after selecting the serial number you want to delete from the lot and add the serial number you want to include in the production process.
9. Choose the Save button. 

 The system will Dump.

The business user did not Save the production lot after removing the serial number.

1. Go to Production Control work center.
2. Navigate to the Production Orders view.
3. Search for the relevant production order and choose the Edit button.
4. Choose the View All button and navigate to the Document Flow tab.
5. Select the production lot, choose the View All button.
6. Choose the Adjustment Confirmation button and navigate to the Input Products Sub.
7. Select the relevant product choose the Enable Entry button.
8. Choose the Remove button after selecting the serial number you want to delete from the lot.
9. Choose Save and Close button.
10. Repeat until step 7.
11. Enter the serial number you want to add to the production lot in the Next Serial Number field and choose the Upload button.
12. Select the Save and Close button.

The system will not Dump anymore.
