Offboarding tasks are not visible to user complete after being sent from Email notifications.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
User is missing
Resolution
Activities were created but the recipient user is not present in the system.
Check once notification is sent who is the recipient and if the same is present on Onboarding > Security > Users. If not either the user should be added or the activity needs to be sent to a valid user.
