3314328 - Users with long names are not searchable in search bar

When a user has a name that consists more than four names, searching for them by entering more than four names will not have a result.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Enter the first four names of a user's name in the search bar > A match will appear for the searched user
2. Enter the fifth name of the user's name > The match will disappear

The search service supports a maximum of four keywords when searching for users. If more than four keywords are entered no result will be returned.

This is a limitation of the search engine.
