3314378 - When trying to reimport a planning model in target system, user without planning license falls into "Failed import: 'The resource does not exist, or you do not have permissions to update it'"

User without Planning Pro License cannot reimport a package containing planning model that already exists in target SAC system.

When attempting to reimport the existing planning model in target system, the error message below is displayed:

• The resource does not exist, or you do not have permission to update it
