3314401 - PFCG: text can't be added to the role's description using transaction PFCGMASSADDTEXT

Symptom

The transaction PFCGMASSADDTEXT does not add text to the role, if the role already has more than ~20-30 lines in PFCG → Description tab. It works fine only with a couple of lines already in role.
