3314449 - SAP HANA Backint Agent for Amazon S3 fails with error "Parameter [cloud_storage]/provider must be set to"

Symptom

You have configured SAP HANA Backint Agent for Amazon S3
as described in SAP Note 2935898 - Install and Configure SAP HANA Backint Agent for Amazon S3
but you notice that backups are failing, with error in backint.log such as
"Parameter [cloud_storage]/provider must be set to <xyz>"

eg
ERROR - 'Parameter [cloud_storage]/provider must be set to "AWS or GCP" instead of: "IBM"'
