You were notified about WorkForce's Software SFTP Server Retention Policy and wish to find out more about it and whom to contact in case of queries or issues.

On April 2, 2023, WorkForce will be enforcing a 60-day retention policy on files stored on their own SFTP server. Any files older than 60 days will be automatically purged from their SFTP server on an ongoing basis.  

Importing and exporting data to their SFTP Server can generally be processed again if required, but the data will be deleted after the processing is complete. 

Should you need to retain any files older than 60 days, WorkForce recommend that you use a secure storage solution (either automated or manual) to archive any files that are needed before they are purged.
