Symptom

  • The Web Intelligence processing server crash when opening specific Web Intelligence report which created in the Web Intelligence rich client

  • When opening a specific Web Intelligence (WebI) report in view or modify mode in BI LaunchPad application, it throws the following error message:

    "FatalException occured.The cause was: com.crystaldesicions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown:Unable to find services in CMS...(FWM 01014)(Error:INF)"
