3314592 - Default Editable Grouping issue in Quotes

• When we don't check even a single Group as Default under the Cart Fields Administration page, then the expectation is that none of the fields under the Product table in the Quote, should be shown as editable text boxes, but the system seems to pick up any random group items to be shown as editable text boxes in the quote.
