Time data type fields "startTime " and "endTime" are not shown in Time Off UI even you have configured properly under Employee Time object.

Reproducing the Issue
1.Configure "startTime " and "endTime" fields as below
2.Go to Time Off UI, and create an absence. You noticed there are no start time and end time fields.
Cause
This is expected system behavior as standard fields "startTime" and "endTime" are for "Clock" time recoding variant, and you are using "Duration" time recoding variant.
Resolution
You can create custom time data type fields to display start time and end time instead of system ones.
Just one reminder, custom time data type fields can not be displayed at mobile time off, this is current system limitation.
