3314952 - "Bounced Emails" Isn't Visible in Campaigns

You noticed that the "Bounced Email" option is grayed out in Campaigns.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Campaign Workcenter.
2. Navigate to Campaigns view.
3. Open any Campaign.
4. Start Adaptation Mode.
5. Click the pencil in "Overview" section.
6. In Adaptation pane, click twice in the left arrow near to "Overview" to come back.
7. You will see the Bounced E-mail section.
8. Click the right arrow.
9. The Bounced E-mail is grayed out and can't be visible in the Campaign.

The Bounced E-mail section is only visible if the Campaign has any e-mail actions. If there is no Campaigns with E-mail action in your tenant, the Bounce e-mail section will be hidden by default.

In order to have the Bounced E-mail section visible, you need to create a Campaign with e-mail action.
