You would like to understand what are the available phase steps in the Case Flow / Case Designer.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Resolution

At the moment, by standard the following steps are available to be used:

  • To-Do - Provides text instructions to the agent handling the case.
  • Autoflow - Triggers an Autoflow, should the Case data match with the conditions defined.
  • Approval - Triggers an Approval Process for the case.
  • Mashup - Adds a Custom Mashup on the top of the case screen.
  • Feedback - Provides the ability to add a Survey.
