3315031 - Custom Discount List is Not Supported for Customer Return Without Reference

You find that the custom discount list is not supported for customer return without reference while the extension scenario has been extended from material to customer return.

1. Go to Sales Orders Work Center - Returns View
2. Open Return ABC (where ABC stands for the Return ID)
3. Navigate to Pricing tab
4. You can see there is no Product Discount

For now custom discount list is not supported for customer return without reference. It is supported for customer return with reference to sales order.

In the case of freight, this is also not supported for the return. For the surcharge scenario, forcing the recalculation of pricing does not impact this. The surcharge is still carried onto the return.

This is the current system behavior.

The issue requires more extensive evaluation and testing. As a result, we have added the issue into the development backlog to enable us to do more comprehensive analysis and testing, to see if we can enable this scenario without any risk to the existing scenarios.
