Symptom

Error "Sorry, but sending a code via email is not possible right now" occurred when trying to send Email OTP Code

In IAS troubleshooting log, there are follows errors.

Parsing and replacing in template went wrong. Email template set: <template set>. Email resource type: RESOURCE_MAILING_EMAIL_OTP_CODEExpression <parameter, like user.set_locked_password_link> is undefined......
