3315057 - How to change the license distribution time for JAVA systems

The automatic license data distribution process for JAVA Systems is as below.
And you intend to change the execution time of application "com.sap.agent.application.globallicenseaudit" of Diagnostics Agent.

1. SAP Solution Manager gets the maintenance certificate from SAP Global Support Backbone and the License Information can be found in "License Management".
2. The Extractor Framework in the SAP Solution Manager system controls the distribution of the licenses or maintenance certificates to Java systems.
   The 'License Distribution' extractor captures the license data in the SAP Solution Manager system, daily.
3. The license data is distributed to the JAVA-managed system automatically by the application "com.sap.agent.application.globallicenseaudit" of Diagnostics Agent and they are then available in the Licensing Adapter.

This can be achieved by configuring the time slot for extractor: LICENSE DISTRIBUTION. 

1. Navigate to Extractors Administration UI with tr_cd:e2e_extractor_fwk or from tr_cd:sm_workcenter;
2. Filter: "LICENSE DISTRIBUTION" extractor for the concerning JAVA system;
3. Switch to Edit mode;
4. Click on the "Extractor Detail" tab and then the "Configuration" tab
5. In the Additional configuration .xml file, specify the time slot of execution hours as below.
   
   <TimeSlots>
   <Hour from="03" to="05"/>  ==> modify this range as per requirement and save.
   
   **Pay attention to the format "hh": Ex."03" is correct and "3" is incorrect.
   The extractor will not be triggered if setting it to "3".
