3315076 - Duplicate Entries Visible in Preview Document

Symptom

When user preview document they notice duplicate entries of e-mail ID/Contact/Address/fax etc.

Reproducing the Issue

Example: Purchase Order

Go to Purchase Requests and Orders WorkCenter.
Navigate to Purchase Orders view
Select Purchase Order ID
Click Preview
Select and open document

User notices that same data is displayed multiple times. Example: duplicate entries of e-mail ID/contact etc is seen in output

Cause

Fields are being duplicated because there is a text predefined in the form showing the same information as the fields with the data binding.

Resolution

User should check the binding maintained and user need to remove the text and keep only the fields with the binding so the data will be shown correctly in preview output.
