3315097 - "You can't import or update existing goal plan templates after you upgrade to Latest Goal Management" error when trying to reimport goal plan XML from provisioning

Getting below error when partners/support are trying to import the existing goal plan template after making a XML change.

"You can’t import or update existing goal plan templates after you upgrade to Latest Goal Management."

• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Go to provisioning

2. Navigate to “ Import/Update/Export Objective Plan Template”

3. Choose the template and click on upload.

4. Error appears.

Goal plan template is in older version.

After upgrading to latest version, goal plan template should be converted. If it is in older version, then we can’t perform import via provisioning or front end.

1. Go to Admin Center  Manage Templates.
2. Select the goal plan template that you want to convert.
3. Choose Convert.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
