3315143 - How to interpret an Invalid Request or Response Header Name or Header Value

Symptom

Error message is seen in System logs similar to the following:

REQUEST IflowName =><IflowName> NETTY_HEADER_VALUE a header value contains prohibited character 0xd at index 21 of header 'application/edifact; name=230316D6.edi'

REQUEST IflowName => <IflowName> NETTY_HEADER_NAME a header name can only contain "token" characters, but found invalid character 0x2f at index 4 of header 'HTTP/S_PROXY'.
