3315414 - Performance Form Rating Options 1 & 2 Do Not Show the Unofficial Rating Field

When Rating Option 1 or 2 is selected for performance form sections, the Unofficial Rating field is not displaying:

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log in to system
2. Review performance form sections with Rating Option 1 or Rating Option 2
3. Can see the Official Rating field, but the Unofficial Rating field is missing

To show the Unofficial Rating field, enable Include a comment for each item in Manage Templates. In the XML template, the cmt-opt attribute should be set to 0 or 2.

1. Admin Tools > Manage Templates
2. Select Performance Review tab > select form template
3. Select Edit Field and Sections > select section you want to modify
4. Scroll to the bottom of the section and select Show advanced options...
5. Check the box for Include a comment for each item > Save

If you don't want a comment box present, you can configure the field permissions so users cannot see the comment box. In addition to the above steps:

1. Select Edit Field and Sections > select section you want to modify
2. Scroll to the bottom of the section and select Show advanced options...
3. Select Field Permission(s) defined. Click to modify.
4. Click on +Add Another > Select Type: None for any roles/steps that shouldn't see Field: Item Comments
