3315449 - The "Get Feedback" and "Add Modifier" dialogue page does not load - Performance Management

When a user clicks the "Get Feedback", "Get Comments", or "Add Modifier" button on the evaluation form, the dialogue box appears but hangs on the the loading animation and the search tools are not displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Open a Performance Management form
2. Click on the "Get Feedback", "Get Comments", or "Add Modifier" button
3. Note the dialogue screen for the Get Feedback is not loading
   
   

The user does not have "Performance Management Access" permission.

1. In Admin Center, go to Performance Management Feature Settings and select "Enable Performance Management Access Permission"
   
   
2. Go to Manage Permission Roles and grant the permission of Performance Management Access under Performance to selected roles.
