Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Recruiting tab > Candidates

2. In the Add section, click on "Additional Criteria..." option

3. Use the section added to add multiple other criteria

How does "Additional Criteria..." work?

When you select search terms under "Additional Criteria...", your results will find any candidate that matches even just one term, making this a less restrictive search. Use this category if you don’t require that the candidate matches every specified criteria.

For example, you set the "Additional Criteria" like below:

Result:

  • The system will return all candidates that has First Name of "Tessa" even if their Middle Name is not "Jedi" and Last Name is not "Walker"
  • The search will also show all the candidates that has Middle Name of "Jedi" even if their First Name and Last Name does not match the criteria
  • The results will also include all the candidates that has Last Name of "Walker" even if their First Name and Middle Name does not match the criteria
