3315531 - Application Area Field Position Has Changed in the Incident Creation Screen


After you have activated the CHD Configuration for the affected tenant, you noticed that the Forward to Provider option is not available anymore.


SAP Business ByDesign 2302 and higher.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to the Incidents view.
  3. Create a New Incident.


Once the CHD Configuration is enabled, the Application Area Field is moved and it's no longer mandatory. Such change occurs due to the changes of the screen itself.


Currently, this is the expect system behavior. If the CHD Configuration is enabled, the Forward To Provider option is not available anymore. As the system screen is dynamic so it acquires the space of Forward to provider and application area moves to that position.
