3315541 - Government Reporting Behavior with Course Home in 1H 2023 Release

For customers who use government reporting and have the Course Home experience enabled, users will see a conflicting message when finishing an online course, an external course, or the online portion of a course that is instructor-led with online content. The completion dialog has ‘Failed’ in the title, but the message indicates successful completion.

The learner needs to close the dialog and verify their history records to receive completion for the course. They will see a message indicating that they have unverified history records on the My Learning Assignments page.

They need to complete the Government Reporting information in Verify History Records to receive completion.
