You have configured the Outlook Add-in, however after you performed the sync the system shows the error:

SAP Business ByDesign 2302 and higher.

In order to identify the root cause, you need to extract the error log - Please check the See Also section to check how to extract the error log from the Outlook Add-in.

By checking the error log, you were able to see the following error:

The document you want to upload has the MIME type text/html. Documents with this MIME type are not allowed to be uploaded according to the settings made in your solution configuration. Name missing.

In order to fix this error, please update the same MIME type in the Business Configuration and the sync will work properly from now on.
