3315774 - Boomi - 500 errors as a result of redis restarts or loss of pagination snapshot

Symptom

You wish to find out more about an error being thrown in your Boomi integrations, which will generally appear in the error log as one of the options below:

[COE0019] or Snapshot lost for current pagination query errors are quite common and may have a number of root causes.
Please be aware that one of the root causes is currently being investigated by our Operations and Engineering teams, and has a tentative fix date of 2H 2023.
If you are experiencing such error, and to confirm with Support whether your case belongs to this known issue, please reach out to Support at LOD-SF-INT-BPI.
In the meantime, the only known workaround is to re-run the process in Boomi (this KBA will be kept up-to-date if any other workarounds come along and also in relation to the permanent fix dates).

Instructions for the SAP Support teams:

The full error message in the SFAPI server log is: "[SNP]Snapshot lost for current pagination query, pls relaunch query and start from 1st page."

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Customer reports a COE0019 error
2. Obtain the [Request Number] and host via SPLUNK
3. Verify whether SPLUNK returns the following error message for that particular [Request Number] and host:"[SNP]Snapshot lost for current pagination query, pls relaunch query and start from 1st page."
4. Alternatively, in SPLUNK, use search: sourcetype=server_log_bizx host=*bsfapi* "[SNP]Snapshot lost for current pagination query, pls relaunch query and start from 1st page." | timechart count by SFDC
