Symptom
- When I try to publish a new version of a template, the system displays an error on the screen:
- "We're sorry - a system error has occurred. What You Can Do Return to the Ariba login page to log in again. How to Avoid this Error in the Future If the problem persists, contact your administrator or Ariba Customer Support and reference error number NNNNNNNNNNNNN".
- Being the N letters numbers.
- If I copy the reference error number in Administration > Audit Log and then open the stack trace, I can see the following error at the bottom:
- "Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.util.List".
