3315853 - Failed to obtain JDBC Connection: DataSource returned null from getConnection() when connecting IBM i series DB2 server (AS400) in Cloud integration

Symptom

When the iflow is deployed to connect to DB2 AS400 server, following error is encountered:

"Detailsorg.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlTimeoutException: [jcc][t4] Timeout getting a transport object from pool. ERRORCODE=-4210, SQLSTATE=xxxx, cause: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlTimeoutException: [jcc][t4] Timeout getting a transport object from pool. ERRORCODE=-4210, SQLSTATE"
