3315893 - Duplicated Report/Story are getting auto shared with all users which grants access to Run and Delete - Embedded SAP Analytics Cloud on SuccessFactors

On SuccessFactors Report Center, duplicate reports which are not shared, show shared icon after duplicated, inside the Share option a unknown User ID number appears and all users have access to Run and Delete the report.

• SuccessFactors

1. Login into SuccessFactor.
   
   
2. Go to Report Center.
   
   
3. Select the Report > Click on the three dots (Perform Actions) > Duplicate > Perhaps that the Share Icon appears on the new Copy.
   
   
4. On the new Copy > Click on the three dots (Perform Actions) > Share > See that the report is shared with weird User ID.
   
   
5. Login with any other user.
   
   
6. Check and see that the user have access to run and delete the copy.

Workaround:

To avoid this, remove the unknown User ID.
