3315992 - The /tmp file system contains a large number of CLI* generated files

Symptom

The SAP system /tmp directory contains a large number of CLI* files which have been created by the <sid>adm user.
These files are created by the DB2 Database client inside the SAP Workprocess
Examples like
-rw-r----- 1 <sid>adm sapsys XXXXXXXX Sep 01 12:09 /tmp/CLIXXXXXXXX 
-rw-r----- 1 <sid>adm sapsys XXXXXXXX Sep 01 12:09 /tmp/CLIXXXXXXXX 
-rw-r----- 1 <sid>adm sapsys XXXXXXXX Sep 01 12:09 /tmp/CLINXXXXXXXX 
-rw-r----- 1 <sid>adm sapsys XXXXXXXX Sep 01 12:09 /tmp/CLIXXXXXXXX
