3316027 - [Onboarding] Multiple Emails sent for Recommended Links Task when multiple links are sent to the external user

If a responsible user selects multiple links from recommended links onboarding task. The onboardee receives one Mail for every selected link. From our opinion it should only be one mail. 
Every Link which is selected will sent one mail to the onboardee. Even if all links will be selected together, the system send one mail per link. From the onboardee perspective it seems like spam.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• When a responsible user selects multiple links for the Onboarding recommended links tasks, the new hire receives an individual email notification for each selected link.
• We are aware of the issue and working on resolving it.

• Engineering Team will fix the issue in the upcoming 1H 2024 Release
