Resolution
Analysis Office BIP Add-on is supported on / compatible with the Windows operating systems listed in page 16 of PAM document of Analysis Office.
The Cloud Infrastructure offerings certified for deployment can be found in page 15 of PAM document of BI platform 4.3.
Also make sure that all pre-requisites are in place for the installation of Analysis Office BIP Add-on as described in chapter To install the Analysis BI platform Add-On for Scheduling for the Analysis Plug-in.
