3316105 - MD13: Phantom assembly invisible in components list with usage probability=0% in BOM alternative item group.

Symptom

If setting Alternative item group for two phantom assemblies in the BOM,
only the used phantom component is displaying in the planned order, and the no-used phantom component is not displaying.
