3316124 - Is it possible to manage users right to Export/Import separately in Process Manager?

Right now on manage access rights Export/Import is one user right, can we break them up in which import and export are two separate rights? That way we can provide only export dictionary right to Signavio Editor users. This will reduce the burden on us to provide dictionary exports to users who reach out to us. Please note- we only want to provide export option to signavio users and import dictionary will only be used by administrators.
