3316125 - GOS attachment is not displaying in WebGUI

Symptom

Attachment is not displaying from the FB03 transaction via WebGUI but works in SAPGUI for Windows.

Below error message shows when double click on the file from browser:
'sapcs... can't be downloaded securely'.

Open F12 developer tool, following trace can be checked:
'Mixed Content: The site at "https://<host:port>/" was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'http://<http server><port number><http script>?get&pVersion=<number>&contRep=<Content repository> ...' was loaded over an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS. This downlead has been blocked. See https ://biog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html for more details'.

Environment

All R/3 release.
