3316165 - The ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program for material extract failed in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite

Symptom

In SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite that is integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer ran the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA for material extract in full load with the SPLIT_NOMREC parameter maintained, the report failed with the following error:

Schema file not found in payload.
