3316279 - Rehire with New Employment OverwriteS candidate details - Onboarding

After rehire verification step, the candidate details (name, email) are updated with details from their previous terminated, employee record.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Initiate Onboarding for a previously terminated employee and this employee has new details (e.g. Name or email).
2. On the second rehire check, after the Personal Data Collection step, the candidate is selected as a rehire-candidate.
3. The details of the Onboarding candidate are updated with the details from their terminated employee record.

This is expected behaviour.

• On select Rehire on new employment , the Onboarding record will be updated with  the details (e.g, firstname, lastname and email) from the original terminated record.
• Update the New Hire Data review or Personal data collection to update the candidate details.
