Symptom

While trying to activate or add OData Service the following error is raised:
Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL' - Association 'TO_UTILSACCOUNTCLASS' of SADL structure 'C_UtilsContrToBeBlldInvcdAnlys' with binding '_UTILSACCOUNTCLASS' does not existre 'C_UtilsContrToBeBlldInvcdAnlys' with binding '_UTILSACCOUNTCLASS' does not exist_UTILSACCOUNTCLASS 
or
