3316493 - Notes Added On Appointment Created On C4C Are Being Sent To Customer Outlook Appointment Body


When the appointments are synchronized from C4C to Outlook the Notes are appearing on the body of the appointment.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a new appointment on C4C.
2. Type some information on Notes field.
3. Synchronize it.
4. The notes are appearing to customer on Outlook appointment body.


This is the system expected behavior.


Even you have the option "Freeze Description Fields" enabled on add-in settings, the initial information will still be sent.
This information is outlined under the feature toggle in Settings.
