Symptom

You cannot use Exclude conditions in Dynamic Target Groups

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales Campaign Workcenter
  2. Go to Target Group
  3. Create a Target Group with Member Determination set as 'Yes'
  4. Save and Open the Target Group
  5. Go to 'Member determination' Facet
  6. In the 'Condition for Accounts' Facet, add a condition for any column except for Marketing attribute with a 'NOT' operator symbol ('!'). Example: Set Column City in Condition for Accounts section as '!(ABC)' where 'ABC' is a name of the city in which the account is present
  7. Save and activate the Target Group
  8. Click on Refresh icon.

Member determination is not happening as expected. You are expecting that the Accounts that do not belong to city 'ABC' to be determined as part of Target Group.
