• Intermittent error message appearing in the home page for some users: "Looks like some content on the page didn’t load. We’re working to fix it, so please try again later" 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Error is displayed on home page

This error message issue can be caused by many different reasons. One of the possible reason for that is the import of card-service database schema has failed due to authentication error.

Before opening a ticket with the support team, there are some steps the customer can take. Please refer to the KBA: https://me.sap.com/notes/2534674.

Sometimes, simply clearing the MDF cache from the instance resolves the issue. Customers can try this before escalating the problem.

• To clear the Metadata Cache go to:

1. Admin Center

1. 1. OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
   2. Refresh Metadata Cache

If this is not a visible option in Admin Center, then you will need to permission it via RBP. The tool is found under the permission category Manage Integration Tools.

• Run once the "MDF Object Definition to DB Sync" job:

1. 1. On Admin Center > Go to Scheduled Job Manager > Click on the tab Job Scheduler
   2. On Job Type, select MDF Object Definition to DB Sync
   3. On Actions, you can click on Run it Now (you will need correct RBP permission, see FAQ below for the pre-requisite)

Note: starting with 2H 2022 Release, customers have also the possibility to directly re-run this job from the Admin Center (prerequisite is that is was previously created at least once from Provisioning).
Users can only directly run this job using "Run It Now" option, it is not possible to schedule this job to a future date.
