Symptom

  • The following error occurs when accessing NWBC Portal through Web Dynpro:

    "500 Internal Server Error

            Exception CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_CLASS occurred because of error: Method call of IF_WDR_CLASSLOADER~CREATE_INSTANCE failed; the class /1BCWDY/0O2TI05BYULVFR9NP5MI does not Server time:"

  • The issue occurs with a specific  system (PRD, DEV or QA);
  • NWBC related services in SICF don't show any errors.
