Symptom

In SAP Ariba Sourcing that is integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer created or modified any contract without giving any input in the Quote Reference field, the contract failed to post in the buyer’s SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA. This resulted in the ‘TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED’ dump.
