3316957 - Error Message: "This candidate's resume is currently unavailable for online viewing" when selecting multiple resumes - Recruiting Management

Encountering the following error message when attempting to view the resume of multiple candidates from the application landing page:

"This candidate's resume is currently unavailable for online viewing. Please try again later or download the resume now."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a requisition that contains multiple candidates.
2. Select multiple candidates by checking the checkboxes and click on Action > View Resume.
3. Use the Previous and Next arrows to navigate through different resumes.
4. Occasionally, you may encounter the message: "This candidate's resume is currently unavailable for online viewing. Please try again later or download the resume now."

This issue is a result of the tool's design for converting resumes to images for preview. It may occur sporadically and infrequently. To reduce the likelihood of encountering this issue, we recommend the following steps:

• Refrain from rapidly and repeatedly clicking on the arrow.
• Allow the system sufficient time to finish loading the current resume.
• If problems persist, try using the refresh button.

Our Engineering team is currently working on a proof of concept to create a more efficient design that will convert images for a better and faster user experience. Once the new design is ready, it will be communicated in future release notes.
