3316983 - How to disconnect SCM APO system after system copy of ECC system or when APO system decommissioned?

Symptom

  • SCM APO system has been decommissioned but ECC is still generating CIF outbound queues. There may still be residual configurations or dependencies linked to the SCM APO system that are causing the queue generation to persist.
  • You performed a system copy only for ECC system but not for SCM APO system. You refreshed your non-prod ECC with prod ECC system, after which some queues from non-prod ECC are pointing SCM APO and getting stuck in your prod SCM APO system with error messages.
  • You do not want to use SCM APO anymore. You want to use the ECC system without SCM APO.
  • You want to disconnect the standalone SCM APO system.
