3317054 - Webex Meeting Center - VLS Implemenation

As of the 1H 2023 release, you are required to transition from Webex Meetings XML APIs to Webex REST APIs in order to continue using Webex Meeting Center as a VLS vendor. All new Webex Meeting Center sessions must be created using a new Webex Meeting Center configuration file in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Important things to consider:

• If you have time slots scheduled beyond October 31, 2023 that were setup using the Webex Meeting Center XML APIs, you must change the VLS server on those time slots to the newly created Webex Meeting Center configuration file (Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes > Agenda > Edit Time Slot > VLS Server). The Instructor records must be updated to utilize the new VLS server first.
• If you are utilizing Webex Training Center, existing XML APIs will be continue to be used and there is no impact to you.
• You must use Control Hub to complete administrator tasks for Webex Meeting Center and Training Center. Webex has deprecated Site Administration.
