3317057 - LIV: Distribution of Unplanned Delivery Costs with both debit and credit postings in one same document

Symptom

When the user creates a LIV document (i.e. invoice in this case) with additional unplanned delivery costs (UDC), if the invoice is created with both debit and a credit lines, the distribution of unplanned delivery costs among the line items is not showing as expected.

An example could be a Purchase Order posting with a debit line (positive amount) and a direct posting to a GL account with a credit line (negative amount).

Note: Configuration in OLMR->  Incoming Invoice > Configure How Unplanned Delivery Costs Are Posted is set to "blank" or "1".
