3317081 - Auto Approve Workflow scheduled job failing for Spot Awards - Reward and Recognition

Customer has configured AutoApprovalInDays for Spot Award Workflow, but spot award workflows remain stalled and fail in the AutoApprove scheduled job.

1. configure AutoApproveInDays in corporate data model
2. schedule job type "Recurring Job for Automatic Approval in Provisioning
3. go to Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures > Workflow > Recognition Award
4. Add days until Auto Approval -- 1
5. Nominate an employee for spot award
6. approve step 1 and move to step 2
7. wait for workflow to stall in step 2 for 1 day

Result: form remains stalled under Approver R & R Holding Tank, 0 days stalled. Recurring Job logs in Monitor Jobs shows that worfklow IDs have failed.

Expected Behavior. We only support implicit auto-approval cases i.e. awards are auto-approved if no workflow is configured For the award program.

If there is a workflow, the approval flow gets triggered (inclusive of any validations).

Auto-approval of stalled workflows is not supported in RNR. 

Please use manual workflow approval instead, such as going through Manage Workflow Requests or approving them in the Home Page.
