3317184 - Users are not able to edit fields such as Start Date / Legal Entity / Event Reason - Onboarding

Before a patch/fix from march 2023, users without permissios for any Entity opens New Hire Data Review/Personal Data Collection Page and can modify hire date, company and event Reason.

Now the fields are ready only.

This was fixed by the engineering team with a patch and henceforth, the below permissions need to be provided to users who want to edit the fields (start date/legal entity/event reason):

1. Employee Central Effective Dated Entities> jobInfo_event-reason and compInfo_event-reason >Edit/insert
2. Employee Central Effective Dated Entities> Job Information> Legal entity >Edit/insert
3. Employee Data> Start Date >Edit/insert
4. Please do ensure that the candidate is in the target population of the role via which these permissions are granted
